Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the HealHabit mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not medical advice

HealHabit is a wellness and tracking tool, not a medical product or medical device. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it does not prescribe or recommend exercises. Exercise templates only pre-fill neutral tracking fields and are not instructions to perform an exercise. You are responsible for adjusting all entries to match the programme given to you by your physical therapist or healthcare provider.

Always follow the guidance of your physical therapist or physician. Stop exercising and seek medical advice if you experience unexpected pain or symptoms. Never disregard professional medical advice because of information tracked in the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play.

3. Free tier and one-time Premium purchase

  • The free tier includes one active programme, up to 3 exercises, and one reminder time per exercise, plus the guided timer, pain journal, history, streaks and session check-ins.
  • Premium is an optional, one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited exercises and programmes, unlimited reminder times, and PDF progress reports.
  • The exact local price is shown in the App before purchase. Premium is not a subscription and has no recurring charge.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Previous purchases can be restored with the "Restore purchases" option in the App.

4. Your data

Your programme data, reference media, session history, feedback and pain journal are stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your device and any backups it creates; we cannot recover data stored only on your device.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the App, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law or store policies.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, branding and code, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered (delivery depends on your device settings and operating system).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury, health outcome, or loss of data arising from your use of the App. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

9. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; the current version will always be available at this page with its effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), HealHabit mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Tıbbi tavsiye değildir

HealHabit bir sağlıklı yaşam ve takip aracıdır; tıbbi ürün veya tıbbi cihaz değildir. Uygulama herhangi bir rahatsızlığa tanı koymaz, tedavi etmez, iyileştirmez veya önlemez; egzersiz reçete etmez veya önermez. Egzersiz şablonları yalnızca nötr takip alanlarını önceden doldurur ve egzersizi yapma talimatı değildir. Tüm kayıtları fizyoterapistinizin veya sağlık uzmanınızın size verdiği programa göre ayarlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

Her zaman fizyoterapistinizin veya hekiminizin yönlendirmesine uyun. Beklenmedik ağrı veya belirtiler yaşarsanız egzersizi bırakın ve tıbbi yardım alın. Uygulamada takip edilen bilgiler nedeniyle profesyonel tıbbi tavsiyeyi asla göz ardı etmeyin.

2. Lisans

Size, bu Koşullara ve App Store veya Google Play kurallarına tabi olmak üzere; sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda, kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanımınız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir kullanım lisansı veriyoruz.

3. Ücretsiz sürüm ve tek seferlik Premium satın alımı

  • Ücretsiz sürüm; bir aktif program, 3 egzersize kadar kullanım ve egzersiz başına bir hatırlatma saati ile rehberli zamanlayıcı, ağrı günlüğü, geçmiş, seriler ve seans değerlendirmesini içerir.
  • Premium; sınırsız egzersiz ve programı, sınırsız hatırlatma saatlerini ve PDF ilerleme raporlarını açan isteğe bağlı, tek seferlik uygulama içi satın alımdır.
  • Kesin yerel fiyat satın almadan önce Uygulamada gösterilir. Premium abonelik değildir ve tekrarlayan ücret içermez.
  • Ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple veya Google hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
  • Önceki satın almalar, Uygulamadaki "Satın almaları geri yükle" seçeneğiyle geri yüklenebilir.

4. Verileriniz

Program verileriniz, referans medyanız, seans geçmişiniz, değerlendirmeniz ve ağrı günlüğünüz, Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklandığı gibi cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Cihazınızdan ve oluşturduğu yedeklerden siz sorumlusunuz; yalnızca cihazınızda saklanan verileri kurtaramayız.

5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uygulamayı tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutmamayı, kopyalamamayı, yeniden satmamayı veya dağıtmamayı, işleyişine müdahale etmemeyi ve yürürlükteki yasalara veya mağaza politikalarına aykırı kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.

6. Fikri mülkiyet

Tasarımı, markası ve kodu dahil olmak üzere Uygulama, geliştiricinin mülkiyetindedir ve ilgili fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunur. Bu Koşullar size ticari markalarımız veya markamız üzerinde herhangi bir hak vermez.

7. Garanti reddi

Uygulama, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulur; belirli bir amaca uygunluk garantisi verilmez. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını ya da hatırlatmaların her zaman iletileceğini garanti etmeyiz (iletim, cihaz ayarlarınıza ve işletim sistemine bağlıdır).

8. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde; dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan ya da Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan herhangi bir yaralanma, sağlık sonucu veya veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Uygulamadan memnun kalmamanız durumunda tek ve münhasır çözümünüz kullanımı bırakmaktır.

9. Uygulamada ve bu Koşullarda değişiklikler

Özellikleri istediğimiz zaman değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm her zaman yürürlük tarihiyle birlikte bu sayfada yayınlanır. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

10. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı ilkelerine bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. İkamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma kuralları saklıdır.
