Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the HealHabit mobile application ("the App", "we") handles your information. The short version: your exercise and progress records stay on your device. HealHabit has no user accounts, no cloud sync, no clinic access codes, and no ads.

1. Data stored on your device

All content you create in the App is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or to any server we operate. This includes:

  • Your programmes and exercises (names, sets, reps, timing, schedules, body area and optional physiotherapist details)
  • Reference photos or short videos you add to exercises
  • Session history, streaks, weekly goals and locally calculated progress insights
  • Pain entries, session feedback, skip reasons and questions you record for your next visit
  • App settings (theme, language, reminder times)

We cannot see, access, or recover this data. If you delete the App, this data is deleted with it.

2. No product analytics, advertising or profiling

  • The App does not send product-interaction events to us or to a product analytics provider.
  • The App does not create an analytics installation identifier or keep local analytics event counters.
  • We do not require or offer user accounts or registration.
  • We do not collect your name, email address, location, or contacts.
  • We do not use advertising networks, advertising identifiers, or your rehabilitation data for profiling.

3. In-app purchases

HealHabit offers an optional, one-time Premium purchase. Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never see your payment-card details.

To validate the purchase and restore Premium, the App uses RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app-user identifier, purchase receipt or transaction data, and general device and app information. This identifier is not linked to your name or a HealHabit account. 4. Notifications

Exercise reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They do not use a push notification server, and no data leaves your device to deliver them. You can disable them at any time in your device settings.

5. Reports and programme transfer

PDF progress reports and portable programme files are generated on your device. A report or file leaves your device only when you explicitly choose to share or print it. A programme QR code is shown for in-person transfer and is read directly by the receiving device. Reference photos and videos are not included in programme QR codes or portable programme files.

QR scanning is performed on the device. iOS uses Apple Vision. Android uses Google ML Kit Barcode Scanning; the QR content and camera frames are not sent to Google. The Android ML Kit SDK may collect device and app information, a per-installation identifier, performance and API-usage measurements, event types and error codes for diagnostics and usage analytics. Google states that this technical data is encrypted in transit and is not shared with third parties. See the ML Kit data disclosure.

6. Apple Health and Health Connect

If you explicitly connect Apple Health or Health Connect, the App may write a completed exercise session as a workout record. HealHabit requests write access only. Health data is handled by the health platform on your device and is subject to Apple or Google's controls. You can disconnect access in the App or your device settings.

7. Home-screen widget

If you add the widget, the App shares a limited local summary with the operating system's widget storage: completed and target session counts, streak, and the next exercise name. This information is not sent to us.

8. Data deletion

Deleting the App removes its locally stored programmes, media, journal and progress data, subject to your operating system backup behaviour. Records written to Apple Health or Health Connect must be managed in those services. Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat may retain purchase records. You may email support@healhabit.app to request deletion of the anonymous RevenueCat customer record that we control. Android ML Kit technical data is handled under the Google Privacy Policy.

9. Children's privacy

HealHabit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or in store release notes.

1. Cihazınızda saklanan veriler

Uygulamada oluşturduğunuz tüm içerik cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır; bize veya işlettiğimiz herhangi bir sunucuya asla iletilmez. Bunlara şunlar dahildir:

  • Programlarınız ve egzersizleriniz (ad, set, tekrar, zamanlama, program, vücut bölgesi ve isteğe bağlı fizyoterapist bilgileri)
  • Egzersizlere eklediğiniz referans fotoğrafları veya kısa videolar
  • Seans geçmişi, seriler, haftalık hedefler ve cihazınızda hesaplanan ilerleme içgörüleri
  • Ağrı kayıtları, seans değerlendirmesi, atlama nedenleri ve sonraki kontrol için kaydettiğiniz sorular
  • Uygulama ayarları (tema, dil, hatırlatma saatleri)

Bu verileri göremeyiz, erişemeyiz ve kurtaramayız. Uygulamayı silerseniz bu veriler de silinir.

2. Ürün analitiği, reklam ve profilleme yoktur

  • Uygulama, ürün etkileşimi olaylarını bize veya bir ürün analitiği sağlayıcısına göndermez.
  • Uygulama, analitik kurulum tanımlayıcısı oluşturmaz ve yerel analitik olay sayaçları tutmaz.
  • Kullanıcı hesabı veya kayıt gerektirmeyiz, sunmayız.
  • Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, konumunuzu veya kişilerinizi toplamayız.
  • Reklam ağı, reklam tanımlayıcısı kullanmaz; rehabilitasyon verilerinizi profilleme için işlemeyiz.

3. Uygulama içi satın almalar

HealHabit isteğe bağlı, tek seferlik bir Premium satın alımı sunar. Ödemeler Apple (App Store) veya Google (Google Play) tarafından işlenir; ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz.

Satın alımı doğrulamak ve Premium'u geri yüklemek için Uygulama RevenueCat'i kullanır. RevenueCat; anonim bir uygulama kullanıcı tanımlayıcısını, satın alma makbuzu veya işlem verisini ve genel cihaz/uygulama bilgilerini işler. 4. Bildirimler

Egzersiz hatırlatmaları, cihazınızda zamanlanan yerel bildirimlerdir. Push bildirim sunucusu kullanmazlar ve iletilmeleri için hiçbir veri cihazınızdan çıkmaz. Cihaz ayarlarınızdan istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.

5. Raporlar ve program aktarımı

PDF ilerleme raporları ve taşınabilir program dosyaları cihazınızda oluşturulur. Bir rapor veya dosya yalnızca siz paylaşmayı ya da yazdırmayı açıkça seçtiğinizde cihazınızdan çıkar. Program QR kodu yüz yüze aktarım için gösterilir ve doğrudan alıcı cihaz tarafından okunur. Referans fotoğraf ve videoları program QR kodlarına veya taşınabilir program dosyalarına eklenmez.

QR tarama cihazda gerçekleştirilir. iOS, Apple Vision kullanır. Android, Google ML Kit Barcode Scanning kullanır; QR içeriği ve kamera görüntüleri Google sunucularına gönderilmez. Android ML Kit SDK bileşeni; tanılama ve kullanım analitiği amacıyla cihaz ve uygulama bilgisi, uygulama başına kurulum tanımlayıcısı, performans ve API kullanım ölçümleri, olay türleri ve hata kodları toplayabilir. Google, bu teknik verilerin aktarım sırasında şifrelendiğini ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmadığını belirtir. Ayrıntılar için ML Kit veri açıklamasına bakın.

6. Apple Health ve Health Connect

Apple Health veya Health Connect'i açıkça bağlarsanız Uygulama, tamamlanan bir egzersiz seansını antrenman kaydı olarak yazabilir. HealHabit yalnızca yazma erişimi ister. Sağlık verileri cihazınızdaki sağlık platformu tarafından işlenir ve Apple veya Google'ın denetimlerine tabidir. Erişimi Uygulama ya da cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.

7. Ana ekran widget'ı

Widget'ı eklerseniz Uygulama, işletim sisteminin widget depolama alanıyla sınırlı bir yerel özet paylaşır: tamamlanan ve hedef seans sayıları, seri ve sıradaki egzersizin adı. Bu bilgiler bize gönderilmez.

8. Veri silme

Uygulamayı silmek; işletim sisteminizin yedekleme davranışı saklı kalmak üzere, yerel programları, medyayı, günlüğü ve ilerleme verilerini kaldırır. Apple Health veya Health Connect üzerinden yazılan kayıtlar bu servislerden yönetilmelidir. Apple, Google Play ve RevenueCat satın alma kayıtlarını saklayabilir. Kontrolümüzdeki anonim RevenueCat müşteri kaydının silinmesini istemek için support@healhabit.app adresine yazabilirsiniz. Android ML Kit teknik verileri Google Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında işlenir.

9. Çocukların gizliliği

HealHabit 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız.

10. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu politikayı değiştirirsek bu sayfayı günceller ve yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihini yenileriz. Önemli değişiklikler Uygulamada veya mağaza sürüm notlarında duyurulur.
